We could be getting Thomas Rhett’s next album very soon!
Thomas Rhett is almost ready to release his next album. “The bulk of the record has all been cut” Rhett told The Boot.
“It just now requires me finding time to sing it and get it mixed and get it mastered and then try to whittle it down” Rhett added. “We cut way too many songs, so we have to figure out which ones are going to stay and which ones are going to go.”
When it comes to the tracks that are going to stay, Rhett’s album will feature a few collaborations. “We have a couple of collaborations on this next project, but I would probably get killed if I told you who they were. But it’s going to be really fun.”
One of the collaborations that will appear on the album is Rhett’s recently released single “Craving You,” which features Maren Morris. Rhett debuted the single back in March and then performed it with Morris at the 52nd ACM Awards.
This June, Rhett will headline the 33rd annual 92.5 XTU Anniversary Show. Maybe by then he will have new music to perform for XTU Nation!
