Keith Urban doesn’t need any trophies to prove he is a winner.
Prior to Sunday’s (April 2) ACM Awards, Keith Urban received a sweet sendoff courtesy of his two daughters. Eight-year-old Sunday and six-year-old Faith made their dad a sign that read “Good Luke Daddy” and featured a number of hand-drawn hearts.
Urban shared a photo of his two girls and their sign on social media with the caption “When my daughters do this…… I’ve ALREADY WON!!!!”
Unfortunately for Urban, that would be his only win of the night. Despite being the most nominated artist (seven nominations in five categories) at the ACM Awards, he did not walk home with a single trophy.
While he may not have won any awards, the Ripcord artist made his presence felt during the show as he delivered two incredible performances. The first was of his song “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” which was broadcast in black and white, and the other was a duet of “The Fighter” with his fellow Entertainer of the Year nominee Carrie Underwood.
