Should this year’s ACM Awards go awry, hosts Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley already know what they will do.
In a recent interview with The Tennessean, Bryan and Bentley joked that if they begin to tank as hosts of the ACM Awards they will create a diversion to draw everyone’s attention away from how bad they are.
“Luke’s going to have a wardrobe malfunction” Bentley said.
The country duo will return to the ACM Awards as a hosting tandem for the second consecutive year. This will mark Bryan’s fifth time hosting the awards show overall.
In total, Bryan and Bentley have been nominated for four ACM Awards. Bryan is up for the coveted Entertainer of the Year award, while Bentley has been nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year (Black) and Vocal Event of the Year (“Different For Girls’ with Elle King).
The 52nd ACM Awards will air live Sunday, April 2 only on CBS3.
