This Sunday (January 8) some of television and film’s best will come together for the 74th Golden Globes. But don’t worry, country music will not go unrepresented.
Country superstar Carrie Underwood has been tabbed as one of the presenters for this Sunday’s awards show, according to Variety. The “Church Bells” singer will will join a long list of stars who have been given the honor, including Ben Affleck, Leonardo DiCaprio, Pierce Brosnan, Ryan Reynolds, Carl Weathers and more.
There is a chance that Underwood will not the only country superstar in the house that evening, as Keith Urban may be as well. Urban’s wife, Nicole Kidman, has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in A Supporting Role.
The 74th annual Golden Globes, which will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon, air live on Sunday, January 8 at 8 p.m.
