On Tuesday (December 7) Kelsea Ballerini was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2017 Grammy Awards, and the singer just revealed which song she thinks helped her out the most.
In an interview with Taste of Country, Kelsea Ballerini said that her hit song “Peter Pan” was a “game-changer.”
“That was the first song that really had some heartbeat to it. I think that’s the song that got people’s attention.”
Ballerini will go up against fellow country artist Maren Morris for the Best New Artist award, as well as Chance The Rapper, Anderson .Paak and The Chainsmokers.
Shortly after her nomination was announced, Ballerini reacted on social media.
The 59th annual Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 12 only on CBS3.
