Beyoncé Will Perform At 2016 CMA Awards

By: Greg Sacidor

The Beyhive will be out in full force tonight when Beyoncé takes to the stage to perform at the 2016 CMA Awards.

Good Morning America announced the news about Beyoncé’s performance in a tweet Wednesday (November 2) afternoon. She will join an already talented list of performers which is scheduled to include Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Trisha Yearwood.

There is no word yet on what Queen Bey will be performing, although many are speculating it could be her country-flavored song “Daddy Lessons,” which is off of her latest album Lemonade.

This would not mark the first time a major pop star has taken to the stage at the CMA Awards. Just last year, Justin Timberlake performed his song “Drink You Away” alongside the 2015 CMA Awards New Artist and Male Vocalist of the Year Chris Stapleton.

The 50th anniversary of the CMA Awards will take place on Wednesday, November 2.
