Get ready Carrie Underwood fans, the country singer has just revealed when she is going to start working on her next album.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at the CMT Artists of the Year Awards, Carrie Underwood said she will likely begin to work on her next album as soon as her current Storyteller Tour wraps up later this year. “I haven’t started writing or anything for it, but I would imagine as soon as the tour wraps up, that will be the next thing on my mind.”
Underwood’s next album would mark the sixth for the “Church Bells” singer, whose latest album Storyteller has already been certified gold less than a year after its release.
Along with Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett and Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood will be honored at the CMT Artists of the Year Awards, which will air on Thursday October 20.
