Tim McGraw And Faith Hill’s Property For Sale (page 9)
If you’re looking to move to Tennessee, a portion of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s farm is on the market. The couple who put their 753 acre property and 3,330-square-foot home on the market in December of 2013, recently sold 131 acres of the property for $3 million dollars to a Texas family.
The property located at 4009 Carters Creek Pike in Williamson County, was originally listed for $20 million in total. Agent, Steve Fridrich, of Fridrich & Clark, told The Tennessean, that “the demand seems to be stronger from something smaller than 750 acres.” With the sale of 131 acres, there are still 621 acres available at $18.5 million, which includes two sections that can be purchased separately. A 353 acre section at 4009 Carters Creek Pike includes a restored log home, 12-stall barn and caretakers residence for $10 million, while another 268 acres is available at 3538 Bear Creek Road and includes an antebellum home for $8.5 million.
The breathtaking property which also includes multiple houses and streams throughout was purchased by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill through separate deals totaling $13.75 million.
